About The Position

Join our Clarendale at Indian Lake Memory Care team as a Resident Care Associate/Caregiver/CNA for the 2 PM - 10 PM shift. This role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth. We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others and making a difference every day. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meals, activities, and engagement programs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
• Promote resident independence and quality of life
