About The Position

At Touching Hearts at Home, we care for seniors during some of the most important moments of their lives—and our caregivers are at the heart of that care. This is more than a job. It’s the opportunity to make someone’s day better, every single shift. We are currently hiring caregivers and CNAs and scheduling interviews now. We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Our caregivers help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship and assistance with daily activities.

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
