About The Position
Overture Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Dallas County to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care to clients. We serve clients in Dallas, Garland, Sachse, Red Oak, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Frisco.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a CNA or relevant caregiving experience
- Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times
