About The Position

Amada Senior Care is seeking experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping others and providing exceptional care. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to help seniors live safely and independently in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily tasks, mobility, personal care, and companionship, while building meaningful relationships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare or in-home caregiving experience
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfers, and ambulation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of home
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care
• Assist with personal care
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with Hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Assist with meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship
• Perform light housekeeping
• Run errands
