About The Position

Resident Care Associate/Caregiver/CNAs (Memory Care) 2 PM - 10 PM Shift | $1000 Sign On Bonus | Growth Opportunities. Do you have passion for helping others and making a difference everyday? Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meals, activities, and engagement programs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
• Promote resident independence and quality of life
