About The Position
Bridgewater, a beautiful Legacy Retirement Community, is looking for dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to join our Memory Care team on Day, Swing, and NOC shifts. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact while working in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to pass background check and pre-employment requirements
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred (not required for all caregiver roles)
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience a plus
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
- Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Follow care plans and community policies
