Requirements

Current CNA certification or prior caregiving/home health aide experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a clean and safe home environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
