About The Position
Join the fastest-growing in-home care agency in & around Charlottesville, VA! We are looking for dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to provide essential support to clients in their homes. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to pick shifts that best suit your life. We provide paid new hire training and opportunities for continuing education.
Requirements
- LIVE in/near Charlottesville
- At least 6 months Caregiving Experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP (or willing to train)
- Valid driver’s license & vehicle with insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug test
Responsibilities
- Companionship & Conversation
- Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise
- Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders
- Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light Housekeeping
- Occasional Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
