Caregiver CNA PCA Marietta Morning
About The Position
We're Assisting Hands Home Care — a locally owned agency serving families across Marietta and Cobb County. We're hiring caregivers for morning shifts with clients in the Marietta area. These are consistent, recurring visits with the same clients week to week. No mystery schedules, no last-minute scrambles. Most of your morning will be one-on-one with a client in their home. That means helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming; getting a meal on the table; light housekeeping; and just being present with someone who needs a little support to start their day right. You'll also keep an eye on how they're doing and let us know if anything seems off. That kind of attentiveness matters more than any credential. Morning shifts typically run 7am–12pm. We're looking for caregivers who can commit to at least 15–20 consistent hours per week. If mornings work well for your life right now and you want steady, predictable hours, this is worth a look. We're a small, locally owned agency — not a national chain. Our caregivers know us by name and we know them. If you've worked for a large franchise or a staffing agency and felt like just another warm body, you'll notice the difference.
Requirements
- Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before you start — we can help)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Clear background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- CNA or PCA experience preferred, but not required — if you're a natural caregiver, we'll train you
