About The Position

Senior Helpers of Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring part-time caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care in St. Paul and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for students, parents, or individuals seeking supplemental income. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support various care needs including dementia, transitional, and respite care.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• CNA/PCA/HHA certification encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care
