About The Position

Senior Helpers of Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible schedules, and a team that truly supports them. This role involves providing one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and supporting clients with various care needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred
• CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care
