About The Position

Senior Helpers of Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible schedules, and a team that truly supports them. We provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and specialized care for clients with dementia, transitional needs, or respite care requirements. We serve Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, Hopkins, Minnetonka, Roseville, Shoreview, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred
• CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care
