About The Position

Join BrightStar Care and help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes—while enjoying flexible hours, strong pay, and a supportive team that values what you do. We are actively hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for weekend shifts in the St. Croix Valley and Hudson areas. Serving clients throughout Washington County and St. Croix County (travel required).

Requirements

• Active CNA or HHA certification (required)
• CPR certification and negative TB test (or chest X-ray)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to safely assist with transfers (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong communication and commitment to client care
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred
• Caregivers with experience as: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Caregiver / Companion, Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Support clients with errands, appointments, and daily activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting independence and dignity
