Caregiver (CNA or HCA) - Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility
About The Position
Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a compassionate and energetic CNA to join our Assisted Living team! If you love making a difference in people’s lives and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this role is for you. We offer a supportive team environment in an assisted living facility. This position is available as Per Diem/Part-Time or Full-Time with flexible scheduling, 36 hours per week (3 days on, 4 days off). A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for Full-Time status. Shift differentials are available for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
Requirements
- Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
- BLS certification every 2 years; will help obtain
Nice To Haves
- Current First Aid, Food Handler’s, Dementia and Mental Health certs preferred – we will help you obtain!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Help with meals and encourage participation in programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Support team spirit and positive community relations
