About The Position
Nurturing Nurses Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to make a significant difference in clients' lives. Ideal candidates have experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA 1 or 2), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA). The role involves assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, providing companionship and emotional support, aiding with mobility, maintaining a safe and clean home environment, and observing and reporting changes in a client's condition.
Requirements
- Reliable and shows up when they say they will
- Caring, patient, and respectful
- Experienced as a CNA, HHA, caregiver
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Has reliable transportation
- Ready to make a positive impact every day
- Basic technology skills (smartphone, tablet, computer)
