About The Position
Valora Orono, a new Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide to join their growing team. Valora Orono is a 72-unit apartment-style community providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Requirements
- Compassionate towards others.

- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
