Position This role is ideal for caregivers who: Want guaranteed weekend hours Are looking to supplement income Prefer flexible scheduling Thrive in a dynamic, responsive environment You’ll support clients on weekends and have the opportunity to accept short-notice weekday shifts when available. Available Shifts Optional weekday on-call availability Shift lengths: 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours We work with your availability whenever possible.

Requirements

• Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification
• Current TB test
• CPR certification
• Food Worker Card
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Social Security card
• Professional and dependable communication
• Ability to follow Washington State caregiving regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and support dietary needs
• Assist with mobility and fall prevention
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping
• Document care notes professionally
• Create a safe, respectful, and warm environment
