About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join their award-winning team. Requirements

• Must be able to travel.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• One (1) year minimum experience in the home or long-term care setting is required.
• Able to utilize a smartphone based app.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a vehicle and auto insurance.
• Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' daily needs to keep them smiling at home, taking initiative.
• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Maintain clients' health and safety at home through high-quality personal care and monitoring for safety risks.
• Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
