About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one client care to seniors and families in the Sarasota area. This role offers meaningful work where you can build relationships, provide companionship, comfort, and independence to clients. Requirements
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
- Must complete all required employment screenings and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing and toileting
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Following individualized care plans
- Promoting client comfort, safety, and independence
- Communicating professionally with families and team members
- Other duties as assigned
