Right at Home Boston and Maine’s Salem office is immediately hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and CNAs to support clients throughout Salem, Gloucester, Topsfield, Rockport, Beverly, and surrounding North Shore communities. Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred
• CNA, HHA, or personal care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area
• Ability to complete required background checks, health documentation, and training
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands when assigned
• Document services and report changes in a client’s condition
• Follow each client’s care plan and company safety requirements
