About The Position

Family Best Care is hiring reliable in home caregivers for ongoing client care assignments in Eatonville, WA and surrounding communities. This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly work, longer term client relationships, and clear communication with a responsive office team. This assignment may involve supporting a client receiving hospice care. Caregivers must be comfortable providing calm, respectful, and compassionate care in a hospice support setting. This includes assisting with daily care needs, supporting comfort and dignity, communicating changes promptly, and following the care plan closely.

Requirements

• Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
• Current TB test or screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current Food Worker Card
• Valid government issued photo ID
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Reliable phone access for work related communication
• Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping tasks
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate
• Support client comfort, dignity, and daily routines
• Provide companionship and client engagement
• Follow the care plan and document care accurately
• Communicate updates, concerns and schedule needs to the office promptly
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and respect in the client’s home
