Requirements
- A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A current certification as a CNA or CHHA.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Update resident personal care plans by observing changes in their condition and needs.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
