About The Position

Griswold Home Care has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs in Camden County, New Jersey. This hourly healthcare position involves providing compassionate, quality care to clients in their homes. The role is described as having both full-time and part-time openings. Compensation ranges from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour. Eligible employees have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to undergo a background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
Monitor clients’ care and report changes or concerns to appropriate parties.
Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team.
Follow applicable policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations related to caregiving and client care.
