Requirements

Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

Priority will be given to candidates with a minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

Provide care and support to residents in a memory care setting.
