About The Position

Boundless Care Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers for part-time positions supporting families across Alameda County. This role offers flexible opportunities based on client needs and may involve senior care, adult care, or child care, depending on the caregiver's experience, comfort level, and availability.

As a caregiver, responsibilities can include:

Senior Care (Elder Care):
- Providing companionship and one-on-one care for older adults in their homes.
- Assisting with daily living needs such as dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Supporting safe walking/transfers and helping maintain fall prevention safety.
- Assisting with meal preparation, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to care.
- Providing medication reminders as allowed/assigned.
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition (appetite, mood, mobility, confusion, etc.).
- Following the client’s care plan, routines, and family preferences.

Child Care / Babysitting (Newborn to School-Age):
- Providing nurturing, attentive care for children from newborns to school-aged.
- Infant care tasks include bottle-feeding, diaper changes, nap supervision, and soothing.
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities like reading, sensory play, crafts, and games.
- Following parents’ instructions and household routines.
- Preparing meals/snacks, assisting with feeding, and maintaining a safe, clean play space.
- Light tidying after activities and keeping common areas neat after care.
- Monitoring development and sharing observations with parents when appropriate.
- Experience with children with special needs is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable, attentive, warm, and professional with families.
• Able to legally work in the U.S. (Valid SSN).
• TrustLine or Home Care Aide registered or willing to apply.
• Valid TB test or willing to obtain.
• Has own transportation or reliable commute access.

Nice To Haves

• Open availability is a plus.
• Bilingual/multilingual is a plus!
• Experience with seniors (including dementia/memory care).
• Experience with infants/young children.
• Experience with special needs (children or adults).
