About The Position

Caregivers will work with clients in Baltimore and surrounding areas, primarily in senior living communities and private homes. The role involves building lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients and working long visits, either during the day or awake overnight. The ideal candidate has a personal motivation for caregiving, communicates clearly, is dependable and flexible with scheduling, and shows up for clients reliably.

Requirements

CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights.
Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
Reliable personal transportation.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Provide care for clients during long visits, ranging from 10 to 12 hours.
Work with clients across Baltimore and surrounding communities, including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods.
Serve clients primarily in senior living communities and private homes.
Build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.
Be available for day shifts or awake overnight shifts.
Be available for weekend work, at least one day per week.
