About The Position

Tribute Secure Weekends is a unique caregiving position that offers a guaranteed paycheck in exchange for your commitment to be available for overnight visits on at least two of the following 3 nights: Saturday and Sunday. This role allows you to keep your weeknights open while building something meaningful on the weekends. You will receive guaranteed pay whether you are matched with a client or not. At Tribute Home Care, we care deeply about the people who care for others, fostering a warm, close-knit community that celebrates and supports its caregivers. Visits can range up to 12 hours and typically begin at 7pm or 8pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will work in clients' homes across Boston and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. You will build lasting relationships with clients who count on you being there every weekend. This role requires candidates to be available for visits on at least two of the following 3 nights: Friday, Saturday or Sunday. It is not a fit for someone who can only commit to one weekend overnight.

Requirements

CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
Overnight availability on at least two of the following nights: Friday, Saturday or Sunday every week
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
