About The Position

This role is part of the Tribute Secure program, a guaranteed pay initiative for experienced caregivers seeking consistent weekly earnings. In exchange for availability on assigned days, caregivers receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay, even if their schedule isn't fully booked. This is a position with Tribute Home Care, emphasizing a supportive, close-knit team environment.

Requirements

• Comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits.
• Availability for 12-hour visits.
• Availability at least 4 days per week including one consistent weekend day.
• Professional hands-on caregiving experience.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, families, and the team.
• Dependability and flexibility regarding travel and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience.
• CPR certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Driving up to 30 miles for client visits across Baltimore and surrounding communities (Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods).
• Completing 12-hour client visits.
• Being available at least 4 days per week, including one consistent weekend day.
