About The Position

Tribute Home Care is opening in Bethesda, MD, and is hiring its very first team of Caregiver Associates. Tribute is a private home care company focused on supporting its Caregivers. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the founding team in Montgomery County, helping to set the tone and working closely with local leadership. The company emphasizes building a warm, close-knit community where Caregivers feel supported and celebrated. They are selective in hiring to ensure a high-quality team environment. The position involves long visits, typically 12 hours (days or awake overnights), to foster genuine relationships with clients. Caregivers will work with clients in Bethesda and surrounding areas, primarily in senior living communities and private homes, building lasting relationships with a consistent client base.

Requirements

CNA-I, CNA-II, CMT, or relevant professional caregiving experience.
Comfort with 12-hour visits, days or awake overnights.
Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
Reliable personal transportation.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
