About The Position

Caregivers work in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines. They collaborate with the care team to follow care plans and ensure clients feel safe and cared for, building long-term relationships with a limited number of clients.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients' homes.
- Work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans.
- Ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
- Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
