Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
All newly hired caregivers must be willing to become a Certified Caregiver within 3 months of hire.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Commitment and coachability in providing high-quality care.
Eagerness to pursue further certification as a caregiver (training provided at no charge).

Responsibilities

Help residents with mobility and daily activities.
Manage laundry duties and assist with changing bedding.
Assist residents with meal selections, then deliver meals to them.
Provide timely reminders for medications.
Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks.
