As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant you play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on support. You are the heart of the community-building trust, dignity, and comfort for those in your care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support
- Willingness to complete required training/certifications
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Support meal times and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
