Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support
• Willingness to complete required training/certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Support meal times and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
