About The Position
Right at Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and CNAs looking for flexible schedules to create a balance between work and home. As an independently owned franchise serving local communities for over 12 years, our mission is to 'Carry each other’s burdens and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.' We are committed to providing loving, compassionate care while also raising the bar in home care through innovative technology and advanced caregiver training. Caregivers will be trained and supported in using cutting-edge tools such as Sensi.ai, CareLink360, WellSky Family Room, Teepa Snow Training Videos, Compassionate Touch, and DementiaLive® Experience Training. We also offer ongoing caregiver education to build skills and confidence. Through the Zingage team engagement platform, caregivers will feel connected and supported, even when working independently. This is more than caregiving; it’s ministry through service, growth through education, and fulfillment through relationships.
Requirements
- Caregiver or CNA experience
- Desire for flexible scheduling
- Commitment to compassionate, loving care
- Willingness to learn and utilize new technology and training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time or Part-time availability
