Requirements
- CNA or Caregiver experience
- Compassionate and loving care approach
- Willingness to learn and utilize new technology and training

- Ability to work independently while feeling connected to a team

- Continually build skills and confidence through ongoing caregiver education.

- Utilize Zingage for team engagement, communication, and encouragement.
