About The Position

Executive Home Care is hiring part-time Hiring Caregiver and CNA Flexible hours to provide essential one-on-one support for seniors across Omaha, NE. We specialize in high-quality, non-medical care for older adults living with dementia and age-related conditions. As a caregiver on our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 20 years of age
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to pass a background check
• Empathy for others, strong reliability, and a professional demeanor
• Fluent English
• Must have a smartphone to use the WellSky app for timekeeping

Nice To Haves

• CNA preferred
• CPR and First Aid a plus

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship, conversation, and daily routine structure
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Keep accurate care notes and report concerns
