About The Position
MTC is proud to operate the Cantennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. You’ll be responsible for a variety of functions related to safety & security, residential living, transportation and recreation programs in compliance with government and management directives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience
- Experience with youth
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Computer proficiency required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- two (2) years of supervisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and direct the administration and programmatic activities of the directorate
- Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager, human resources prior to implementation
- Develop departmental budget: monitor and control expenditures; review and recommend changes to budget authorizations
- Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting the campus safety and security, residential living, recreation, student leadership and transportation directorate; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports
