This role is responsible for administering the job placement program, ensuring a successful job transition experience for graduating students. Requirements

High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
Solid understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Superior problem-solving, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds.
Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
High energy, assertive, results-driven, and highly ethical.
Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Administering the job placement program to ensure a successful job transition experience for graduating students.
Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC students and graduates.
Preparing students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development, and job interview preparation.
Professionally representing the campus in the employment community.
