About The Position

In this role, you'll work under the guidance of our Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA )Team Leader to provide individual and group services aimed at enhancing work experience, readiness skills, and job training. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, assessment, and supervision of clients enrolled in various workforce development programs.

Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to helping others succeed

Nice To Haves

Associate degree with two (2) years of work-related experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and qualifications for this position.

Responsibilities

Determines client eligibility for WIOA services and document program requirements and action steps in accordance with federal and organizational guidelines.
Conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ skills, aptitudes, work history, and service needs—including supportive services—and develop tailored employment plans based on assessment findings.
Utilizes the Transition to Success model and the “Map of My Dreams” workbook to assist clients in setting and tracking personal development goals.
