About The Position

Under the direction of the CTE office, this role provides leadership and daily support for the high school's individualized career counseling initiative and connection to college and career readiness. The Career Navigator will lead the Blueprint for Maryland career counseling initiative in coordination with the CTE Office and in partnership with the School Counseling department to ensure students are counseled into viable career pathways. This role also involves providing daily support to teachers and staff, assisting with professional development activities, and monitoring data, student engagement, equity, and access.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily support in implementing the high school's individualized career counseling initiative and connection to college and career readiness.
