Do you want to develop your interview skills and prepare for internship opportunities? Then we have the experience for you! The Career Exploration Program (CEP) is a corporate career development program designed for Seattle College Juniors (2027 graduates) with technology majors to expand their knowledge of EG, experience professional development through mentorship, and gain valuable interview practice. This program is for students early in their educational and career journeys and provides great learning opportunity for students who don't yet have real-life technical knowledge and experience, in a professional setting. This program intended only for Seattle College Foundation students. (Participating schools include: Seattle Central College, North Seattle College, & South Seattle College) About the Career Exploration Program (CEP) During the program you will develop your technical and application knowledge, be immersed in our supportive culture, build connections with our technology teams, and be partnered with a mentor. This program is designed for students with a technology major at a junior level in university (2027 graduates). This program will explore software development engineering roles such as: general software development engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, and security engineering. This is an unpaid program, with a mixture of virtual and in-person attendance. The kick-off day will be hosted in-person in our Seattle Expedia Group headquarters on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
