Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management and other standard business technology is required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job-readiness workshops
- Plan and facilitate training workshops on career-related topics
- Provide retention and advancement services
- Assess resident’s employment and training needs
- Meet all goals set by funder for Career Development Specialists position
- Help members complete career plans.
- Perform additional duties and task as assigned
