The Career Development Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering development programs that support employee growth, talent, and organizational workforce readiness. This position oversees apprenticeship and bargaining unit progression programs, succession planning, mentoring, career development initiatives, student and workforce development programs, and employee engagement activities. The role serves as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent and Peakon, coordinates workforce development committees and community partnerships, supports grant and compliance requirements, and develops communications and resources that enhance the employee experience while advancing organizational talent strategies.
