What You'll Do:
· Keeps building and work areas in a clean and orderly condition performing any combination of duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash from building and work areas.
· May maintain building by performing minor and routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components.
· Complies with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
· Maintains and completes all required records.
· Follows all safety rules and practices.
· May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Some previous experience
• Proficient at most office and facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
• May Install Hardware
