About The Position

Support clients with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder seek and maintain competitively paid employment.

Two years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services or related field
Valid driver's license, use of a personal vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
Transporting clients is a requirement of this position

Develop individualized employment opportunities for each client
Contact and educate potential employers regarding services and Project Hire
Provide on-the-job training and on-going support to clients and/or their direct staff or job coach
Complete required documentation and maintain communication with client's team

Generous time off starting at 36 days of combined time off per year for full-time employees (and increasing with years of service); pro-rated for positions 16 hours or more
