We're seeking an experienced Career Coach to work with clients navigating career planning, job searching, and professional growth. This role includes helping clients with general exploration of career paths, developing job search strategies, and leveraging AI-powered job search tools to work more efficiently. Coaches also support clients with resume review and cover letter guidance, interview prep, personal branding, and professional networking, along with broader networking strategy, salary negotiation, and leadership development. Additional support includes skill building and guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience guiding professionals through career transitions and growth (as a career coach, recruiter, or industry professional), a strong understanding of today's job market, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both practical job search tactics and long-term career development. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

• Hands-on experience guiding professionals through career transitions and growth (as a career coach, recruiter, or industry professional)
• Strong understanding of today's job market
