Duties and Responsibilities: · Conducting initial career coaching appointments including resume and cover letter reviews · Supporting drop-in hours and high-demand advising periods · Referring students to Career Coaches or specialized staff · Assisting with workshops, presentations, and career readiness programs · Promoting engagement with platforms such as 12twenty, VMock, and Big Interview · Supporting outreach to first-year and underserved populations · Assisting with communication efforts to promote services Required Qualifications: · Current enrollment in a graduate program at Seton Hall University · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Interest in career development and student success · Ability to work with diverse student populations Seton Hall University is committed to programs of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
