What You’ll Do: Graduate Placement & Career Support Support job placement efforts through resume reviews, interview preparation, and job search guidance.  Maintain regular communication with graduates to track employment status and career progress.  Identify and share relevant job opportunities aligned with graduates’ skills and training.  Apprenticeship Program Coordination Assist with apprenticeship program administration, including enrollment, onboarding, and progress tracking.  Serve as a point of contact between apprentices, employers, and training providers.  Monitor participation and support compliance with program requirements and milestones.  Employer & Partner Engagement Build and maintain relationships with employer partners to expand job and apprenticeship opportunities.  Conduct outreach to identify hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities.  Organize employer participation in hiring events, career panels, and information sessions.  Data Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate records of graduate outcomes, employer engagement, and apprenticeship activity.  Track and report on placement rates, program performance, and key workforce metrics.  Operations & Program Support Provide administrative and operational support to Career Services and Workforce Development teams.  Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, workforce development, education or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in career services or related field preferred
