Home Care Services Employee
About The Position
As a Casual Care Worker supporting clients across Mt Barker and surrounds, you will be required to travel between multiple client locations throughout these service areas as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
Requirements
- Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience and patience
- Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email
- Caring nature
- Genuine desire to make a positive difference
