About The Position
This is a PRN (as needed) position in Post Surgical/Telemetry. The role requires dependability, hard work, a positive attitude, and professional behavior. The Care Tech will be responsible for taking vital signs, assisting nursing personnel, and supporting patients with their basic daily needs. Effective communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.
Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT, or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- If enrolled in a nursing program, completion of Fundamentals of Nursing is a requirement, and documentation is required
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and a team player with a good attitude and professional behavior
